The four young runners on the Team GB women's relay team battle to overcome rivalries and personal demons in time for the World Athletics Championship.

Shania (Lenora Critchlow) overcomes her troubled background to qualify for a place on the Team GB women's relay team, but struggles to bond with her arch-rival, the privileged Lisa (Lily James), whose father is on the athletics board. As the World Championships draw closer the girls must find a way to unite. This adrenaline-fuelled sports story was co-written by Noel Clarke (Adulthood).
