Dream Demon
A young woman becomes haunted by terrifying dreams, which soon begin to pull people around her into a nightmarish netherworld.
Director: Harley Cokliss
Overview
A young woman (Jemma Redgrave) who is haunted by terrifying dreams enlists the help of an American tourist (Kathleen Wilhoite) with an interest in the occult. But soon the pair find themselves sharing the same dreamworld, which also seems to pull in and mutate people around them, such as a pair of unsavoury reporters (Timothy Spall and Jimmy Nail).
Harley Cokeliss’ cult horror was unfairly tagged as a British attempt to replicate A Nightmare on Elm Street, but this is an atmospheric and superior chiller in its own right.
