It's a special day for the Hampshire Constabulary when Princess Margaret arrives to officially open their new Winchester HQ
Starting with an inspection parade, we see Princess Margaret on her visit to the new headquarters of Hampshire Constabulary in West Hill, Winchester. Standing on a rostrum, she takes the salute of policemen marching past, riding on motorcycles and leading police dogs. A small motorcade of police cars passes by before we see Princess Margaret unveiling a plaque inside the new building. She then sees a demonstration of fingerprint-taking and an HRH 66 numberplate.
