Judging by Mitchell and Kenyon's many 'church gates' films, Edwardians clearly enjoyed seeing themselves in their Sunday best. There's a fine array of dresses and hats on display among this congregation. Shot around Easter, the most important occasion on the Catholic calendar, the film would have been screened in local venues over the holiday period.
