Gimme some Muir! A legend of British comedy brings his insight into the evolution of kitchen planning. The first half of the film is a light-hearted history of cooking with puns so groan-worthy that even the characters in the cartoon roll their eyes. The second half takes a (slightly) more practical look at kitchen planning today.
Director Lee Mishkin was a US import who had a spell in the British industry in the 70s after winning an Oscar for his short Is It Always Right to Be Right? (1970). The film was animated by Kathleen “Spud” Houston who had been working in the industry since the 1930s.
