Funeral of Queen Victoria: Procession Starting from Victoria Station

As the coffin arrives in the capital, the spectacle of the State Funeral starts to gear up

The camera position here is clearly raised, even above two tall Royal Guard Bearskin caps that push into the bottom of the frame. Perhaps the cameraman was not the only reporter occupying the dais or platform. The soon-to-be Edward VII and Kaiser Wilhelm II (both on horseback) pause as they pass. They are conspicuously well framed, possibly aware of the cameras pointing at them.
