Picnic and Pleasure Purstuits

Picnicking on the beach, followed by swimming in the sea, donkey rides, more swimming at the lido and finally, horse riding.

The family are on holiday at Clacton-on-Sea, and the two brothers have a good deal of energy to spare. They enjoy swimming and diving in the sea while the family picnics, and also at the lido, where the springboard is demonstrated. Donkey rides are on offer for the youngest, while the older brother takes his photograph with a Brownie-type camera. Later on, the boys are joined by grown-ups for some pony riding.
