The daughter of famed actor-manager Sir Herbert Beerbohm Tree gets hitched to a military Captain during WWI.

Captain Geoffrey Cory-Wright married Felicity Tree, daughter of legendary theatrical actor-manager Sir Herbert Beerbohm Tree, on 10 November 1915. The celebrity status of his father-in-law fuelled public interest in this particular war wedding. Two of their five children, Captain Anthony John Julian Cory-Wright and Lieutenant Jonathan Francis Cory-Wright, were killed in action during World War II.
