The Community Health Council of Wales blows its own trumpet in myriad ways, including animation, to draw attention to their NHS advisory service.

Ever heard of the attention-seeking Community Health Council? Established in England and Wales in 1974 to be “your voice in the NHS”, it appears that after five years they were feeling a little unloved. Animation, dramatised sequences, direct testimony and more traditional documentary are all unleashed to give a thorough overview of their advisory services and voice in the NHS. The film is specifically focused on the Welsh service, which was left running after the English version was scrapped in 2003.
