The reigning Miss Chinatown joins the traditional celebrations to mark the year of the Cockerel on a chilly February day in Birmingham.

A traditional Chinese dragon is on show in Birmingham's Chinatown to celebrate the start of a new year. The attraction of the story to ATV Today's news editor probably had as much to do with the reigning Miss Chinatown, Anna Lee from Shrewsbury, joining the party as the spectacle of the Chinese new year celebrations.
