The W-formation explained, with bibs and a 'tactics board', and a chance to see Spurs take on the Chinese - what's not to like? This lovely little film was part of an FA sponsored series on how to play football. Intended for use in schools and youth clubs, it is aimed squarely at the inexperienced player, with plenty of inspirational footage of the England team, with Tom Finney and Tommy Lawton, and other professional matches. Presumably the Chinese team was in England for the 1948 Olympic Games.
