Victorian factory workers head for home, dodging puddles along the way.
Sadly, the location of this 'factory gate' film hasn't been identified: even the type of goods that the workers manufactured are kept under wraps in the large packages transported on the cart at the start. But it has a female-heavy workforce (shawls and straw hats abound), so textiles is a good bet. Many of the workers beam at the camera as they pass, while the young scamps are as curious as ever.
