These are our children - To the Seaside!

A rare trip to the seaside for a group of disabled children sponsored by the Norfolk and Norwich Society of Mentally Handicapped Children.

An affectionate record of a day trip to Mundesley beach for a group of disabled children, their families and carers, with a picnic and ball games on the sand. Captured by Geoffrey Campling, the film, sponsored by Norfolk and Norwich MENCAP was produced to encourage donations to the charity. The footage aimed to show the public that the children featured, despite their disabilities, were just like any other and deserved to live full lives.
