Capital scenes thanks to Victorian filmmakers
Overview
London through the Victorian webcam - sort of. These two fixed-position scenes of the capital city were probably shot as separate films on 35mm, but here combined within a single 17.5mm print. 17.5mm was a format - essentially, 35mm cut in half - which was usable as an early venture into home distribution.
