Notts V. Surrey, 1932; Notts V. Glos. 1932; And Notts V. all-india 19

Notts face Surrey and Gloucester at Trent Bridge in the 1932 Cricket County Championship before playing the All-India side.

It's Trent Bridge in the summer of 1932 and an amateur cameraman captures some lovely footage of Nottinghamshire Cricket Club taking on Surrey, Gloucestershire and the All-India touring side. Led by Douglas Jardine, Surrey face the bowling of Harold Larwood and Bill Voce, with the distinctive figure of Notts captain Arthur Carr in the slips. A relaxed looking Gloucestershire come out of the pavilion, ready to test the batting skills of Notts' openers Walter Keeton and Frank Shipston. The cameraman had a good vantage point, and the film closes with some excellent footage of the pitch action at the All-India match.

Nottinghamshire drew against Surrey after rain stopped play on the third day, but won against Gloucester and the All-India team.
